Celebrant Fees and Charges

The ceremony is likely to be the central focus of your special day and the part that makes the day so memorable.  When choosing your celebrant, consider what is important to you -  personality? professionalism? Will your ceremony be performed to your satisfaction? There are no set fees for celebrants so you will probably get a variety of prices for their services.  Your celebrant will be one of the less expensive elements on the day, so ensure your day is memorable for the right reasons!  Please contact me with details of your date, venue, time so I can provide an accurate quote for my services. 

What My Professional Fee includes:

From our first conversation/point of contact, to when I congratulate you as husband and wife, each wedding involves many hours of my time, including: 

• Our initial meeting, to discuss your wedding day (usually 60+ minutes)
• Preparation, checking and lodgment of all legal documents
• Together we create a draft outline of your ceremony, including selecting readings, poems, rituals, quotations and choice of vows etc. 
• Completion of the draft and final draft for your consideration and approval
• Unlimited meetings, phone calls, emails, faxes, etc from the point of contact to  your  wedding day .
• Preparation of Marriage Certificates
• Calligraphy on Your Marriage Certificate
• Final Meeting to finalise paperwork and attend to the finer details of your wedding day
• Lodgment of legal documents after solemnisation including sending Application for Certificate of Marriage on your behalf.
• Travel to your Wedding Venue
• My professional services on your Wedding Day

Optional Extras:

• Portable PA system for the playing of your ceremony music via ipod. 
  (System cannot be used directly on sand, or in windy or wet conditions)
• Rehearsal at the Wedding Venue

Special Ways on your Wedding Day

On your Wedding day, I will arrive 30 mins before the ceremony begins.  I use this time to liaise with other onsite professionals, e.g. Wedding Co-ordinators, Reception Venue Managers, Photographers, Videographers, Musicians, and DJ’s to ensure all your planning is staged as requested.  My attention to detail allows you to relax and enjoy your wedding, knowing that you are in experienced hands.  Before the ceremony, I like to meet your family, ensure the readers know when and where to stand, and encourage guests to be seated and relaxed so that when you walk down the aisle, you can make the entrance you dreamed of!
